About

Thomas J. Marlowe has extensive experience in partnership and business tort disputes, personal injury disputes, and white-collar criminal prosecutions. He brings problem-solving skills honed over nearly three decades to help individuals and businesses navigate complex disputes, regulatory actions, and criminal prosecutions in state and federal courts. 

Tom’s clients include a diverse set of businesses and businessowners, prominent professional athletes, government law enforcement agents, government employees, and professional service providers including physicians, nurses, and accountants. 
Tom represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Investigation Division, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and various state agencies.  He defends white-collar criminal prosecutions involving bank fraud, consumer fraud, government entitlement program fraud, healthcare fraud, internet fraud, mortgage fraud, procurement fraud, tax fraud, corruption, money laundering, organized crime, and Ponzi schemes.  He also represents clients in false claims act matters and qui tam actions.

Tom is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New York and has represented clients in the federal or states courts of Arizona, New York, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Wyoming.
